Returns and Exchanges can generally be made for any reason. Maybe the item has a fault or perhaps you are simply not happy with your purchase. Whatever the reason, Tots Baby Shop will be happy to assist you. Refunds will be made via the same process as the original payment.
Be Totally Happy or Your Money Back
If the item you purchased is not suitable or if your are simply ‘not happy’ you can return your purchase for a full purchase price refund. In this case, return postage costs are borne by the customer.
Please make your return within 30 days of purchase and don’t forget to contact me before you post your return so that we will watch out for your return.
It is a rare occurrence that someone will receive a faulty item as we personally check all items before packaging for posting. So if you discover a fault with your item please contact me to arrange the repair or exchange.
Faulty item returns generally can’t be accepted after three months of purchase as any faults should be apparent within this time. Please Contact me if you have any questions.
We may ask you to return the faulty item so that we can see where the fault occurred. In this case we will reimburse you for any postage costs.
Items damaged during delivery
If your purchase appears to have been damaged during delivery please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
It would also be advisable for you to contact An Post or your postal delivery office to inform them of the problem.
We may ask you to return the faulty item so that we can see where the fault occurred. In this case we will reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.
Errors on our part
We do our absolute utmost to make sure orders are sent out correctly. However we are only human so we do sometimes make mistakes.
If you feel that you have been sent something in error or that we have missed a checkout instruction or message or something is missing from your order please contact me immediately and we will fix the problem as quickly as possible.
If you have been sent an incorrect item we may ask you to return it, in which case we will reimburse you for postage costs.
