Terms and Conditions
BebeSak do not have any minimum order quantities, which means that your can purchase any number of items you wish. We deliver via courier at a cost of €35.00 per order regardless of the quantity ordered. (*VAT not charged). If your delivery cost is less than €35.00, we will refund to you the balance. We deliver within Ireland and Northern Ireland only.
BebeSak supply changing bags and baby accessories at wholesale discount price of 40%+ below recommended retail price.
Payment must be made in full before we start processing your order. Processing times take 1-3 days. When your order is posted we will send you an email with your invoice details. A hard copy invoice will be included with your delivery.
Sellers are free to use BebeSak and Tots product descriptions and images. We advise sellers to change their products descriptions as Google penalises duplicated content.
*V.A.T.: As a new business, BebeSak is not yet VAT registered and therefore our prices do not have VAT added. Once we become VAT registered our prices will have VAT added.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
If upon receipt of delivery there are any missing, incorrect or damaged items in your shipment, you must notify us within 48 hours of signing for your order. You may inform us via the ‘contact us‘ page on our website (bebesak.ie), by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by text/WhatsApp on 0863522191.
The cost of return shipping plus all applicable charges will be the customer’s responsibility except in the case of our error. Please ensure that all items are returned in an unused condition, in their original packaging if possible and accompanied by a completed returns note with an explanation of the reason for the return. Please tick box stating whether you would like a refund or credit to your account.
Under no circumstances shall BebeSak be responsible for any return shipping costs, except as stated above. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage of your return as we shall not be held responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
Under no circumstances shall BebeSak be responsible for any indirect damages.
You will be refunded for returned items when we have received them back in our office and they have been inspected. The item are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please ensure that all returns are packaged in a suitable manner to ensure they do not get damaged in transit. In the unlikely the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we may send it back to you and refuse to refund for it.
All returned items must contain the returns form complete with all your order details and a note explaining the damage and whether you would like a replacement or credit to your account.
We will email you upon receipt of your returns.
BebeSak reserves the right to refuse returned items or may refuse a customer any future purchases if the customer has a history of abusing our returns policy.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Items will be refunded at the price you purchased them at and this includes sale items and special offer items.
If you require a refund for items purchased but cannot return the item to us for any reason, then a decision whether or not to refund will be entirely at our discretion.
All refunds will be issued to you via the payment method you used to place your original order. This process typically takes up to 5 working days to appear in your account.
